Stories of MTTC

       Today was the second day of MCQ of Psychology paper. All of us performed well.  Then it was the hour of Maya maam and taught us about cultural inertia, cultural diffusion, cultural lag, enculturation, acculturation etc. The it was optional hour and we did our work. Then we had lunch.  The afternoon section was dealt by Joju Sir and natural science optional seminar continued. They taught about MOOC, SWAYAM, COURSERA etc. Another day ends..

             'First Exam in B.Ed life'       The exam mode of MTTC started today and it was our first MCQ of Philosophy paper. I think performed well. As day started with an exam and ended with a quiz.     As it was international pi day the mathematics optional conducted a quiz programme named pirates. It was the first time without any preparation and compelling me participated in quiz programme along with Anagha. All participants performed well. As lack of preparation we can't reach till final round. Malayalam optional become winners. Still it was a great experience for us.Thus the day ends beautifully and tensed for the next exam.

     Today, Prof. Dr. P.M Jaleel's Memorial Conference was held at Mar Theophilus training college with the discussion of Prof. Dr. P.M Jaleel Foundation for Education and Research, tvm  in the holy presence of  His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos and  Dr. Joseph Mar Thomas, his family members,teachers and members of Theophilus family attended the conference.       Prof. Dr. P.M Jaleel is a distinguished personality who has made significant contributions to the field of education and public life in Kerala. He has served as the Director of M.Ed Section at Mar Theophilus College, Thiruvananthapuram for 12 years. We students are proud of his eminent personality. The book titled Prof. Dr. Jaleel Deepthi Smarana was officially published during the conference.                    And all the distinguished guests remembered Jaleel Sir with their words.His extraordinary personality and sincerity to his position made me proud of him.

Today first session was taken by Benedict Sir. It was a effective class. Sir taught us about levels of teaching. Education is the refirement of 3 H- Head,Heart,Hand. Sir also taught about micro and macro  teaching.  The class was interesting and we all were able to enjoy Sir's jokes, receive knowledge, and be in the classroom energetically. Sir said us to prepare vocabulary chart that we should write new technical professional words of education that we learn everyday. Next  hour we done our works to be completed. Afternoon  we had yoga practical exam. After that we did some necessary arrangements in auditorium for the coming meeting.

           Today first hour we had yoga on a way to calm our tension and to maintain a peace atmosphere. Then we had optional hours and done our works.Then we had our lunch.        The afternoon section we had the oath ceremony of newly elected union members. The programme started with college anthem.Joju Sir was the new co- ordinator of union. Firstly the Chairperson Aneesha, Vice chairperson Aravind and General Secretary Gayathri  did their oath and officially took their charge on that position. Then all other member took their oath. Therefore our new bettallian of College Union officially declared and took their charge. Then Maya ma'am did a small speech and wished all success for the new captains of Theophilus. Then the programme ends with national anthem.

09 March 2022           A day start with new hopes and thoughts. It was our assembly day and second year English students conducted it. It was well executed. The first hour was optional. Then we had hour of joju sir , natural science students presented their seminar. The next hour taught by ancy ma'am about Western philosopher Froebel. Then George Sir distributed our  answer sheet of test paper. Thus another day ends....

International Women's Day         Today, March 8th, we celebrated as INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY. Is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.           Today first hour lead by Maya maam, starts with Women' s day message.Then boys in our class also wished us women's day greetings.      Today continued our seminar session and then natural science started their seminar. Next hour was optional. Then we had an yoga class by George sir on auduitorium. After lunch break, we have women's  Day Programme conducted by Women cell members coordinated by Bindu maam. All their programmes are really amazing.      

        After the online international conference days..we came back to college offline classes..To day first two period was optional. The next hour was handled by Maya ma'am and we English optional continued our seminar. Our group and me too presented the seminar topics.         After the lunch afternoon hour was taught by Ancy ma'am about language development.The day ends beautifully and we went home ✨

         Today for the whole MTTC family it was a big day. We got an opportunity to conduct an International  Conference on "   INCREMENTAL CHANGES IN INSTRUCTURAL STRATEGIES AND RESEARCH IN HIGHER EDUCATION".   The conference was officially started at 9.00 am by the prayer of MTTC College students. Welcome address given by Dr. V. Reghu Sir, and our first session ended at 10. 30 am. Special  talk on subject theme was given by Dr. Rajan Varghese in second session started at 10. 30 am. Paper presentation session begins at 2. 30 pm . Due to sone technical delay we started our session at 3. 00 pm. Our session started with prayer by Keerthi and welcoming speech by Nandana. Today we have 20 presentations. All presentations had a very good quality. The entire session is blessed with presence of three efficient resource persons-- Dr. Lissy Koshy Maam, Dr. Mini John Maam, and Dr. Rosamma Philip maam. All of them provide a very good feedback to all participants.The session ended around

        Today first session was taken by Maya ma'am. Today ma'am took a new topic  "   Education and Culture ".       It deals with the different aspects of culture, cultural lag, and Reasons for cultural lag etc. Then it was a optional hour.Ancy teacher took the remaining part of " Piaget's theory of intellectual development   " . We studied the 4 stages - Sensory motor stage, Pre -operational Stage, Concrete operational stage, Formal operational Stage and its educational implication.Gibi ma'am taught us about Personality mainly about adjustment process.
