Yoga day

Today first hour was yoga. Yoga which soothens orur mind and relaxes our mind from all sort of stresses.The day starts with the freshness of mind.We practiced different postures of yoga .After the yoga practices the second hour was dealt by Joju Sir on assessment and evaluation. Then the classes after the lunch break was taught by George Sir about the drawing of non standard track. Thus the day ends with new informations..
